Obama the president wants to send more troops to Afganistan next year 2010. He said the troops should be back on july 2011. He announced this because he thinks is the solution to their problem with Afganistan.The presidents say’s that this plan should work after 8 years being in war. This amount of troops going over there will cost a lot of money. He is trying to convince the American citizens that is a great plan hes doing. Obama wants the troops to go as soon as possible, so the problem could be solve. This decision he took most people do not approve it. The 30,000 troops might not survive in Afganistan. The people that will get hurt more is the love ones of the troops. If this plan of the president will work then the American citizens should approve it.
I hope this is the last time troops are being sent to Afganistan or any other place. The problem should be solved a soon as possible, so the troops could come back home.
